Spicy Black Bean Dip
Ingredients
1 – 15 oz. can Black Beans – drained and rinsed well
¼ cup Red Onion – minced
1 Clove Garlic - minced
¼ cup Salsa
¼ cup Fresh Cilantro (optional)
2 TBLS Fresh Lime Juice
1 tsp. cumin
¼ tsp. or to taste Hope Springs Ole' Chipotle Spice Blend
Salt & Pepper to taste
Directions
1. Mix all ingredients in a food processor and blend until blended.
2. Add 1 to 2 TBLS water to thin if necessary.

Baked Potato Dip
Ingredients
16 oz. sour cream
1 pkg. Hope Springs Supreme Baked Potato Dip Mix
16 slices bacon – cooked and crumbled
8 oz shredded Colby Jack cheese
1/3 C. finely chopped green onion, scallions or chives
Directions
1. Combine all ingredients and form into a ball.
2. Place on plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight before serving.

½ cup mayonnaise
3 – 4 bacon slices, cooked crispy and crumbled

1. Mix cream cheese and mayonnaise. Add bacon,
salt & pepper, dill and green onion.

Creamy Artichoke Dip
Ingredients
2 – 14 to 15 oz. Artichoke Hearts in Brine – drained and
chopped
¼ cup Green Onion - chopped
1 cup Mayonnaise
¼ cup Sour Cream
2 TBLS Hope Springs Spinach Parma Dip Mix
¼ cup Grated Romano cheese
¼ Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 tsp. Fresh Lemon Juice
Salt & Pepper to taste
Directions
1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until combined.
2. Transfer mixture to shallow baking dish.
Sprinkle with grated Romano.
3. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or
until golden brown.

4 - 6 slices bacon - cooked & crumbled
1 - 2 TBLS Butter
2 medium onions, thinly sliced

Directions
1. Cook bacon and remove from pan, crumble when cooled.
2. Cook onions in bacon drippings and cook on low heat
until golden brown, approx. 30 minutes.
(May use butter instead of bacon drippings).
Remove from heat and let cool.
3. Mix bacon, onions, garlic, cream cheese, sour cream,
chives, salt and pepper, and Ole' Chipotle Spice Blend
until blended

Easy Island Peaks Guacamole
Ingredients
2 large avocados
1 lemon - juiced
2 green onions - sliced
1/2 - 1 tsp. Hope Springs Island Peaks Spice Blend or
Hope Springs Ole' Chipotle Spice Blend
1/4 - 1/2 tsp. Garlic powder
Salt & Pepper to taste
Lettuce leaves
Directions
1. Combine all ingredients in bowl and mash together.
2. Serve on bed of lettuce.

Hummus Dip
Ingredients
1 – 15 oz. Chickpeas / Garbanzo Beans drained and rinsed well
¼ cup Fresh Lemon Juice
¼ cup Tahini (Sesame Paste)
1 TBLS Hope Springs Garden Fresh Spice Blend
½ Garlic Clove – minced
2 TBLS plus Olive Oil
½ to 1 tsp. Kosher Salt
2 to 3 TBLS water
¼ cup Basil Pesto
Directions
1. In food processor, combine Tahini & lemon juice until smooth.
2. Add olive oil, garlic, cumin & salt processing until combined – scraping sides.
3. Add ½ beans and process, add remaining beans and process until creamy.
4. Slowly add water until smooth.
5. Place in serving bowl, top with pesto and drizzle with olive oil. Serve with your
favorite flavor of Hope Springs Gourmet Crackers and Gluten Free Crackers.
Ingredients
8 oz. cream cheese
6 oz. goat cheese
2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
4 oz. basil pesto
4 oz. sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
Directions
1. Let cream cheese and goat cheese soften at
room temperature.
2. Mix cheeses together with minced garlic.
3. Line a casserole dish with plastic wrap. Put 1/3 of the
cheese mixture in the dish, spreading it evenly to the sides.
4. Layer ingredients in the following order: the sun-dried
tomatoes, 1/3 cheese mixture with basil pesto,
and remaining cheese in the same manner.
5. Cover with plastic wrap and chill for at least one hour.
To serve, turn upside down on a platter. Serve with Rosemary, Thyme & Parmesan Hope Springs Crackers.
