Hope Springs Sour Cream Garlic Sauce
Ingredients
3 TBLS Butter
3 TBLS All Purpose Flour
2 Cups Hope Springs Chicken Stock (recipe)
1/2 Cup Sour Cream
2 TBLS Hope Springs Sedona Garlic Spice Blend
1/3 Cup Green Onion (white and green parts) - sliced thin
S & P to taste
Directions
1. In small bowl combine sour cream, 1/2 cup chicken stock and
Sedona Garlic Spice Blend.
2. In large skillet, melt butter on medium heat.
3. Add flour to make roux, stirring constantly.
4. When starts to brown, add remaining chicken stock and continue
to stir until starts to thicken.
5. Add sour cream mixture and blend.
6. Stir in green onions and reduce heat to low and simmer for
about 3 to 5 minutes stirring often.
Note: Make this sauce ahead and freeze to use at a later time.

Hope Springs Alfredo Cream Sauce
Ingredients
1 Pint Heavy Cream
1 Stick Butter
2 TBLS Cream Cheese - cubed and room temperature
Hint: Microwave cream cheese for 10 seconds. Add couple TBLS
heavy cream and blend well. This will help better mix in sauce.
1 TBLS Hope Springs Fusione Italiano Spice Blend
8 oz. Pkg. Shredded Parmesan Cheese
Salt & Pepper
Directions
1. In medium / large skillet melt 1 stick butter on medium heat.
2. Gradually add heavy cream and whisk / stir to combine and heat through.
3. Add cream cheese and stir until combined.
4. Add Fusione Italiano Spice Blend and stir.
5. Add 1 cup parmesan cheese and continue cooking, stirring often.
When mixture starts to bubble, reduce heat and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes
or until sauce has thickened.
6. Salt & Pepper to taste

Hope Springs Hatch Green Chile Sour Cream Sauce
Ingredients
3 TBLS Butter
3 TBLS All Purpose Flour

1 Cup Sour Cream
1 Pkg. Hope Springs Hatch Green Chile Dip Mix.
Directions
1. In small bowl combine sour cream, 1/2 cup chicken stock and
Hatch Green Chile Dip Mix.
2. In large skillet, melt butter on medium heat.
3. Add flour to make roux, stirring constantly.
4. When starts to brown, add remaining chicken stock and continue
to stir until starts to thicken.
5. Add sour cream mixture and blend.
Imagination Kit: Add 4 oz. can chopped green chilies for added kick.
Note: Make this sauce ahead and freeze to use at a later time.

Hope Springs Horseradish Beer Cheese Sauce
Ingredients
3 TBLS Butter
3 TBLS All Purpose Flour
1 Cup Lager Beer - room temperature
1 Cup Milk
1 Pkgs. Hope Springs Triple Crown Horseradish Dip Mix
2 1/2 to 3 Cups Shredded White Cheddar Cheese
Salt & Pepper
Directions
1. In medium / large skillet melt butter on medium heat.
2. Gradually add flour and stir to make a roux stirring often.
3. Add milk and beer when roux starts to turn light brown.
Whisk gently until well blended.
4. Continue cooking until starts to thicken and add Triple Crown Horseradish Dip Mix.
and stir until well blended.
5. Gradually add white cheddar cheese and continue stirring until well blended.
When mixture starts to bubble, reduce heat and simmer until sauce has thickened.
6. Salt & Pepper to taste

Hope Springs Mushroom Sauce
Ingredients
3/4 LB Baby Portabella Mushrooms - cleaned and chopped
1/2 Cup Butter
1 tsp. Garlic Powder
1 TBLS Soy Sauce
1/2 Cup White Wine
2 Cups Hope Springs Mushroom Stock (recipe)
2 TBLS Corn Starch
2 TBLS Water
1 TBLS Hope Springs Rocky Mountain Way Spice Blend
1/2 Cup Green Onion (white and green parts) - sliced thin
S & P to taste
Directions
1. In large skillet, melt butter on medium heat.
2. Add mushrooms and sauté stirring frequently.
3. Sprinkle with garlic powder and continue to cook.
4. When mushrooms are almost done (tender and browned)
add soy sauce and white wine stirring constantly.
5. Add mushroom broth and heat through.
6. Mix corn starch and water in small bowl. Add to mushrooms and broth
stirring constantly until thickened.
7. Stir in Rocky Mountain Way Spice Blend and green onions.
Reduce heat to low and simmer for about 3 to 5 minutes stirring often.
Note: Make this sauce ahead and freeze to use at a later time.
